1. Your personal data is processed accordingly:
- in connection with the implementation by “Administrator” of a contract for the implementation of services, contracts for the delivery of goods produced by “Administrator” including the implementation of orders. The purpose of personal data processing is the implementation of the above-mentioned services or other similar services, which at your request are provided by “ Administrator”
- in connection with the consent given to the presentation by “Administrator” of a product offer,
- in connection with the concluded agreement on cooperation / delivery of services and products by you to “Administrator”
2. “Administrator” informs that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales made to the Customer with a VAT invoice). Depending on the purpose of processing particular categories of data by “Administrator” no personal data is provided:
- prevents the conclusion of a contract with “Administrator”, as well as prevents the issue of a VAT invoice,
- prevents the presentation of the product offer.
3. “Administrator” informs that everyone has the right to access their personal data and correct and update it. Everyone also has the right to transfer data, object to processing and to delete personal data if there are legal grounds for doing so.
4. “Administrator” informs that personal data will be stored throughout the period of providing services to the Customer, as well as data will be stored for the period of limitation of any claims, including tax and civil claims.
5. “Administrator” informs that personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- Law firms serving the “Administrator”,
- IT companies and companies providing support and management of IT infrastructure of “Administrator”,
- Persons or companies servicing the Co-controllers in the scope of personal data protection,
- Companies providing marketing services to “Administrator”
- Consulting companies providing services to “Administrator”,
- Courier and postal companies.
6. “Administrator” informs about the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body supervising the method of personal data processing.
